Our services

Punta Cana Transfer Pro arranges private ground transportation in the Dominican Republic, including transfers between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), other airports, hotels, villas and other addresses. Services are carried out by our team and by verified local drivers and guides in our network.

Bookings and confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for giving accurate details, including names, pickup date and time, flight number, pickup and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and number of suitcases.
• If the details you give are wrong or incomplete, we may not be able to provide the service, and the booking may be treated as a no-show.
• Please book at least the minimum time ahead shown on the booking form. Last-minute requests depend on availability.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are per vehicle, not per person, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices include meet & greet, flight tracking, taxes and tolls, unless stated otherwise on the booking.
• Extras such as night pickups, additional stops, extra waiting time or changes to the route may cost more, as shown at booking or agreed with you before the ride.
• Payment is made online when you book, or by another method we confirm with you in writing.
• Gratuities for drivers are optional and at your discretion.

Airport pickups and waiting time

When you give us your flight number, we track your flight and adjust your pickup to your actual landing time. Your driver will wait outside the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name. If you cannot find your driver, contact us right away on WhatsApp or by phone.

For hotel and address pickups, please be ready at the agreed time. Waiting beyond the time included in your booking may be charged or may lead to the ride being treated as a no-show.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Passengers, luggage and conduct

• The number of passengers and suitcases must not exceed the capacity of the vehicle you booked. If it does, we may need to provide a larger vehicle at an extra cost.
• Children must travel with an accompanying adult. Child seats are available on request and must be asked for at booking.
• Smoking, illegal substances and behavior that puts the driver, other passengers or the vehicle at risk are not allowed. The driver may refuse or end a ride in these cases, without a refund.
• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your group, beyond normal wear, including cleaning costs.
• Please keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you recover them.

Delays and events outside our control

We plan every ride carefully, but travel times can be affected by traffic, weather, road works, checkpoints, flight delays and other events outside our control. We are not responsible for missed flights, check-ins, tours or other connections caused by such events. Please allow enough time, especially for departures to the airport.

Accounts

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Drivers and guides

Drivers and tour guides who apply to join our network must provide true and up-to-date documents, such as a driver license, ID or passport, vehicle insurance and, for guides, a valid tour-guide license. We may approve, decline, suspend or remove any driver or guide at our discretion. Separate terms may apply to drivers and guides using the Driver Dashboard.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed connections, lost hotel nights or lost enjoyment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, or making false or fraudulent bookings. Content on the Website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to us or is used with permission and may not be copied without our consent.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will first be handled in good faith between you and us; if it cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.
