How do I book my transfer?

What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number, so your driver waits for you. A delayed arrival is never treated as a no-show. Add your flight number when you book.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Outside the arrivals exit at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), holding a sign with your name. We send the meeting details with your confirmation.
